We hope that you will always be happy with everything you buy from Melanie James, but if you are in anyway dissatisfied, here’s what to do:
ReturnsIf you would like to return an item, please send an email and we will advise you where to send the faulty jumper. Goods must normally be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on within 14 days of receipt. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered, in which case we will refund the cost of UK standard postage).
Monogrammed items cannot be returned for exchange or repayment (this does not affect your statutory rights).
ExchangesIf you’d like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please email us at info@melanie-james.com indicating that you would like an exchange, and please tell us what other item(s) you would like to exchange them for.
To avoid disappointment please contact us to confirm that your chosen item is in stock. You will not be charged additional P&P on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address.
NotePlease note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
